Willcox depot / City Hall

The Willcox depot (photo, left)has been restored and now serves as City Hall. A conference room on the first floor could be restored to its original purpose as a waiting room. Kudos to the City of Willcox for this wonderful restoration.

Donald Fenn, April 18, 1998:

"The Willcox rail station is currently being rebuilt after lying dormant for quite a few years. It is being completely refurbished by the city of Willcox for use as City Hall and a museum. Willcox applied and got grants and private donations for the refurbishing. The station had to be moved away from the tracks by 75 ft. which was done in November '97. The building was in poor shape before starting but now has new outer siding with a new roof being put on this week."
