The Arizona Rail Passenger Association (ARPA) is a volunteer group of concerned citizens working for better rail passenger service in the Desert Southwest. We're working for the return of Amtrak trains to Phoenix. We seek commuter rail in the Phoenix and Tucson metro areas. We're making sure light rail is done right in metro Phoenix. All these must tie in with city and intercity buses and other transportation to make an intermodal Arizona.
