Jack Tevlin

Biography

Mr. Tevlin is former Deputy City Manager for the City of Phoenix. Mr. Tevlin was with the Maricopa Association of Governments for six years before becoming Chief of Staff to the Phoenix City Council, followed by advancing to Executive Assistant to the City Manager, Chief of Staff to former Mayor Paul Johnson, and Deputy City Manager for 11 years overseeing the City's transportation, streets, transit, and Sky Harbor Airport. Mr. Tevlin was very involved in the passage of the overwhelmingly approved Proposition 400, the transportation tax for the City of Phoenix, in 2000.
