(1998) Ms. Nelson has been a member of ARPA since 1977. She has held several positions within ARPA, including Director and Secretary. Prior to her retirement in 1982 from Western Savings & Loan she held the post of Promotions Coordinator. In addition, she spent many years as a volunteer to the Arizona Office of Tourism.
