(1997) Mr. McLaren has more than 13 years experience in the areas of transportation, land use and environmental planning. His accomplishments include the planning of transit passenger facilities in Arizona, California and Florida including commuter rail stations in the cities of Glendale and Orange, California. Currently, Mr. McLaren serves as a project manager in the Phoenix office of Carter & Burgess, a national engineering consulting firm. Prior to joining Carter & Burgess, he served as Senior Transit Facility Planner for the Regional Public Transportation Authority, where he was responsible for the Commuter Rail Demonstration Project Feasibility Study and the Downtown Phoenix Rail Trolley Feasibility Study.
