(1998) A member since 1982. Dr. Malcolm has served the Association since its inception. He has served as a Director and was President for six years. His leadership resulted in such events as Phoenix Union Station Days '91 and '93, institution of the statewide mini-meeting concept and the placing of Association literature in numerous public places around the state. He was President of the Colorado Association of Railroad Passengers 1968-1970. Dr. Malcolm is an Administrator Professor with the Maricopa Community College District.
