Biography

(1998) Mr. Lindley has served as Treasurer and board member for the past two years. He has been interested in rail advocacy since his retirement from the U.S. Army. During his senior year of high school, the civics class project was to investigate and design the rail access of the newly opened Dulles International Airport connecting it with National Airport: a concept only now being realized. While on military assignments in Germany and Turkey, he utilized many transportation modes when he was without a vehicle. He will continue to work to have ARPA become a viable voice in the development of the transit structure of the southwest corridors for the coming decade. Rob now lives in Tucson, where his spouse is attending UofA. He hopes to join in the many transit activities in the "old Pueblo."
