(1994) Mr. Katz and his wife Lois have lived in Arizona (Tucson first, now Scottsdale) since the mid-1970s. Mr. Katz is a computer analyst for American Express, President of the Arizona Micro Focus User Group, an d a member of the McCormick Railroad Park Railfair Participation Committee. He has been active in the planning and execution of ARPA activities for nearly two years. He is an avid Amtrak rider and has logged many business and pleasure miles. Mr. Katz looks forward to helping ARPA expand and improve Amtrak service in Arizona.
