(1997) A member since 1986. Mr. Garey has been active in ARPA as a Director and membership chairman; he currently is serving as President of the Association. He originated the Adopt-A-Depot concept to bring members outside Phoenix into active membership and to improve conditions of Amtrak stops. He served as was Executive Secretary of the Phoenix Union Station Days 91 Committee. He was extremely active with the Arizona Rail Express Demonstration and Phoenix Union Station Days 93 exposition. Mr. Garey is Director of Plans for the 944th Fighter Wing at Luke Air Force Base.
