(1992) A member since 1985, Mr. Gale recently completed the Association's White Paper on the ARPA Regional Rail Proposal. The paper has already received wide praise both from ARPA members and from industry specialists. This 40 page document specifically states our position and gives the citizes of Arizona a solid, economical and environmentally sound system for the future.
Mr. Gale served as our Newsletter Editor from 1990 to 1993. Mr. Gale is a consultant to the railway industry.
