Mr. Bohannan is a Transportation Planner for Lima & Associates, a Phoenix-based engineering consulting firm, and has a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science and 15 years of transportation-related experience. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Planners. He has prepared transit plans for various areas in Arizona and is knowledgeable in rail planning. He had previously served as a general manager of a shortline railroad and also operated a shuttle service that connected with Amtrak and sold Amtrak tickets. Mr. Bohannan has been a member of ARPA and its predecesor the Rail Passenger Association of the Southwest, since 1978 and currently serves as its President.
